Located next to the city's landmark, the Tour Guisquet, and at the entrance to the Cévennes Regional Natural Park, this Provençal stone house sits on a 1-hectare plot of land on the hillside above Saint Ambroix. The house has three terraces facing south, north, and west. One of these is covered. From the terraces, there are stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. In addition to the spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with an integrated kitchen and wood-burning stove, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed), two bathrooms/showers, and two toilets. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the basement.
